Strawberry Short Cake - Pand'or Cake, Jakarta

Of course you can give anyone surprise on Valentine's day, not only your partner, but to your family, relatives or even friends as well..

While my last blog is about my bf, then now is about my mom.. :)

I know it's kind of last minute to arrange valentine's gift on 12th Feb, but thanks God, I found Pand'or. They have variety of cakes, cookies, bread, and many others. Actually the appearance of the cakes attracted me most. Initially I wanted to buy Maria raspberry butter cream, but too bad it was not available for order.
It's very pretty, don't you agree?

After browsed through, so I decided to order Strawberry Short Cake.

In the afternoon she received the cake, and she's very surprised and of course very happy!! She sent me the photo of it. Very nice looking but it would be nicer if it's wrapped with pink colour wrapper, as it will be sweeter and more suitable for valentine's day.

She told me that the cake is nice, and most importantly it's not sweet as other bakery.

Thanks Pand'or for making it happened, I had a wonderful valentine's day.. :)

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Well, rather than busy waiting for flowers, chocolates, soft toys, why don't you give something for the ones you loved instead? The feeling to see them receive the surprise happily, sure will make yourself happy too.. 

Two days before val's day, I browsed around to find flowers, chocolate, or any kind of gifts to send to my bf.. But most of them require advance order.. Until I saw cupcake package specially design for Valentine's day from Baked 180degrees The Cupcakery. 

Yeah this is just right!! It's about 5 in the evening, I told my self i need to rush!!  

After confirmed the order, I whatsapp David. And he responded quite fast. Payment was done around 7pm, and that's all.  On the 14th around 9.30am, I received msg from my bf that the cupcakes were there, at his office!! These are some of the pictures he took:

1. The cupcakes received were same with the photo on the website
2. It tastes nice (he shared these cupcakes with his colleagues, and all said they're nice, not that sweet, just right..)
3. It would be better if all the cupcakes were put into 1 big box, instead of splitting them into 2 boxes.

Thank you Baked180deg for your high level of service, from pre-order stage to post order stage. (Fyi, Not long after I received msg from my bf, I received email from Jenny, informing me that the parcel has been delivered and my bf seemed really happy and suprised) Haha.. :p

Velvet Class - Blitz Megaplex, Jakarta

Despite the ridiculous traffic in Jakarta, I still love to go there.. Hahaha..

With only Rp 70,000 (equivalent to SGD 7.6) I can watch movie with spacious bed, again, BED !! Hahaha.. Given the same value of money in Singapore, I cant even buy 1 movie ticket!
